Sixty students were accepted into the first-ever Uganda Christian University (UCU) School of Medicine in 2018. Most were in the top of their graduating high school classes and from humble homes and families struggling to pay the annual $4,100 per student fee for their studies. Fifty are pursuing careers in medicine and surgery, while 10 aspire to be dentists. For more information, click here
