New Dormitory Under Construction

Work continues apace on USAID/ASHA-funded project.

The foundation has been laid and the construction team is working diligently to build the second major dormitory building, being funded partially by USAID/ASHA (American Schools and Hospitals Abroad). The first dormitory (for women) was completed earlier this year and was funded by UCU. This new dormitory (for men) is schedule to be completed later this fall.

We are pleased to announce that USAID/ASHA has approved a second grant (pending final revision) to complete Phase 2 of this project which will finish the entire residence hall complex. This final phase will begin later this year and is scheduled to be open in the spring of 2007.
