A letter to professor Noll reappointing him as Vice Chancellor for another 5 years.

Greetings and best wishes to you in the name of Jesus. We thank you for the wonderful service you render to the Church of Christ and this nation as Vice Chancellor at UCU, Mukono.

As you are aware, your term as Vice Chancellor of Uganda Christian University expires on 31 August 2005.... I am therefore happy to inform you that [on the recommendation of the University Council], you have been reappointed Vice Chancellor of Uganda Christian University for the next five years.
