Uganda 2002 Census Highlights

The 2002 Ugandan Census has been released, showing trends in population, gender, tribal, and religious distributions. The Census also provides a snapshot of what daily life is like for most Ugandans.

Uganda Christian University Recommended for Charter

New Archbishop of Uganda

Bishop Henry Orombi of Nebbi Diocese has been elected Archbishop of Uganda by the Uganda House of Bishops. He is an Evangelist in the Anglican Evanglical tradition. He begins his official duties in January 2004.
